If you are new to this internet marketing niche, here are definitions which can be found to be similar to those widely used on many websites on internet

RESALE RIGHTS [RR]
The two words [Resale] [Rights] say it quite clearly.
Resale Rights to a product gives you the right to resell that product.  The sale is usually done at a specified price.  Your customer does NOT have the right to resell that product to another.

The product you sell in this case should include only Personal Use Rights for your customer. In other words, you can NOT give away resell rights when you sell this type of product.

Additional Information: There is a difference between affiliate marketing i.e. selling a product as an affiliate (basic selling rights) and having Resale Rights to a product. With affiliate marketing, you get a commission i.e. a percentage of the sale price.  With Resale Rights, you receive basically all the profits.

MASTER RESALE RIGHTS [MRR]
Master Resale Rights allows you to resell the product with the Resale Rights that come with it.  This means your customers (thus with Resale Rights) can in turn resell the product to their own customers.  Master Resale Rights may also be sold/resold - thus conferring the same rights to subsequent customers and so forth.

PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS [PLR]
Private Label Rights (PLR) allow you to change or edit a product. After making substantial changes (reflecting your uniqueness and style), you can put your name on the product as the author/creator. The required changes are based on your own creativity and purpose (repurpose) for the product.
 
Usually, a product with PLR comes with a master copy and/or the source code such as DOC or PSD and even AVI (video) files. You can alter (change) or modify (edit) the product/source code, change the title or just the first and second paragraphs if it is an e-book and even insert affiliate links or backend sale links to your own products.    
 
PLR actually allows you to rapidly create a new product and basically use and present the product as if it were your own creation.
 
Imagine having your own product and subsequently your own affiliate program and having affiliates to promote it. Just as there are benefits of having your own product in the conventional business world, having your own digital product can also put you on the fast track lane in the internet marketing world.

PERSONAL USE RIGHTS
Products (digital) with such rights cannot be resold or edited. They are for your own use and enjoyment.

GIVEAWAY RIGHTS
With these rights, you are allowed to give the product away for free. Usually, you cannot resell the product or change/edit it.  Giving it away for free can be an incentive, help improve traffic to your site and boost sales.

What if you also receive the rights to sell (resell) it for, say $18 or more (thus getting back your cost/expense if you sell one or two) would this be a good and probably profitable investment for you?

ps:  I hope you can include this membership as one of your "necessary business expenses".  As we know, every business has required expenses in order to operate well.  And I am not talking here about necessary items such as hosting, a good autoresponder system and training resources including paid forums - which you (and I) are already probably paying a lot for.
